Born from a sketch after my daughter was born 13 years following my son. Trying to balance motherhood, production pottery and my garden! What a balancing act.
Feeling centered. Finally had time to create this mosaic 29 years later, incorporating shards from my functional pottery and more. Where does the time go?
Alicia was going down to New York City to make some noise with that saxophone. She wanted some visual to accompany the audio. Alicia knew the odds were stacked against her, but the resolve and determination flashing from her eyes announced her intention to call the tune.
